I visited for the travel health clinic and they assumed where I was travelling before I stepped foot in the office (I don't know why?!?) and therefore were unprepared and did not have the proper services that I needed resulting in a waste of both my time and money. Furthermore, I was advised incorrectly on what was needed so now I have to pay yet another consultation fee and spend another hour of my time at the health department. I will never return to Spectrum's travel health clinic again and after several visits now with unprepared providers, I will likely be leaving the health system in its entirety as I have had more success with Google than the providers.
