We have been to this office for 2 years now. 
We have to pay $20 just to make an appointment, $20 to TALK to the physician about OUR blood work results, $20 to schedule phone appointments. 
None of this is billed through insurance, though, our insurance is accepted. 
We have to pay $20 for our routine annual physical, even though, THAT IS COVERED THROUGH INSURANCE. 
In the 2 years my husband and I have came to this office, we never seen the physician, only the assistant for every visit. The staff/front desk are always rude and uninformed.

I have been a patient of Dr Igun for about 9 mos.  He is very courteous and you never feel rushed.  Dr Igun takes his time listening to you and takes notes when he has too.  You have his full attention.  He shows concern and respect towards patients.  His staff is AWESOME ... each member is pleasant, courteous & attentive.
