I was referred to this provider by their practice, who told me the provider was covered under my insurance. After two visits it was discovered that this provider does not even contract with my insurance what so ever. When I had to cancel my next appointment, I reached out to the provider to let them know and they never sent a response to me after that. After sharing very personal details about personal trauma that my family and friends do not even know about with the provider, I would have expected at least some type of response from the provider, instead of just being ignored entirely. On top of that, they refused to accommodate at all on the billing, even though it was their practice who did not properly (or possibly at all) check my insurance, and stuck me with $600 in bills for two visits, when if it was actually covered under my insurance it would have been no cost. It was abundantly clear this provider and this practice do not care about their patients mental health or well being what so ever.
