Dr. Aarati Kalluri, DDS

I had  what could be an emergency witb a cracked tooth. At least thay is what their website said.  It also boasted about same day emergency sevices. The receptionist or who ever answered the phone was more concerned with closing at noon(5/26) for memorial day weekend.  What they say on website and what they actually do are different.  Terrible care, service, and backing up what they say.   Memorial day is 3 1/2 days away.  Today is Thursday. she said the soonest she could get me in is Tuesday, but the website says emergencies are same day service.   Then she tried to refer me to others.  She did want to take care of me.  I said thank you, i will find someone else and then she hung up on me.  I wonder if the DDS at this bbn office knows and wncourages this kind of treatment.  Unexceptable

Dr Kalluri and team make me feel like family. Professional, reasonable, realistic, and ethical care. I've been happy with Dr. Kalluri's care since she opened her practice. I wouldn't consider any other provider.
