"Because Dr. Jeff Hall’s family are hospital donors, his sham skin cancer surgeries and his role in medical identity theft has not been investigated Dr. Hall discredited concern for medical identity theft by falsifying mental health evidence and medico-legal records to aid felon Dr. Steven Armus: 1. Additionally, hospital attorneys argued that patients are "irrelevant" and reviewing their medical records would be "burdensome" but admitted that Dr. Hall never reviewed (or intended) to review patient care when he made meritless claims that a Harvard trained and board certified dermatologist cannot accurately diagnose or treat skin diseases.
