Primary Care Doctors - Milwaukee, WI

"I have now had two really poor experiences trying to establish care with Dr. Ko. Please know this review is not about her care, but about the policies she and her office staff have. I had an appointment in November, and walked in about 5 minutes after the appointment start time. They checked me in, then told me that they would actually have to reschedule me as Dr. Ko does not allow patients more than 10 minutes late. This policy was never explained to me and seemed quite unfair as I was actually 5 minutes late. Regardless, I rescheduled with Dr. Ko for her next appointment, which wasn't until 3 months later in February. I called about 48 hours before the appointment to reschedule, as I would be out of town for work. The office secretary informed me that new patients do not have the option to reschedule and I would just not be able to ever make another appointment with Dr. Ko again. This policy again was never explained to me, and seems extreme and unfair. Due to these two strikes against Madison Medical, I will not be returning and am establishing care elsewhere."

"The front desk staff will treat you like a second class drug abusing citizen if you take anything for your adhd - I told the woman at the desk that I don’t abuse any kind of drug her reply was and yet u take adderal? Yes I have severe adhd and dyslexia. when I complained about her actions I was told to seek another Dr . Is this the place you would want to go - I know because of these ppl I will never go to another Dr again - thus I will live with my adhd and dyslexia and most likely lose my job and be out on the street shame on you Mirviss"

"this young man was there to take care of us during troubling times in the ICU. if it wasn't for his kindness and support, I don't know how we could have handled the emotional distress that my family was going through while my mother was on a breathing machine. god bless you and bless your path doctor Yafai"
