"I only started seeing Dr. Rana a few months ago, but after a string of primary providers who made it seem like I was an inconvenience, she has been a kind and competent breath of fresh air! She took plenty of time during my initial appointment to listen to my concerns and asked very productive questions to help direct me to referrals to address them ASAP. She had a font of information about possible treatment plans, possible medications and their pros/cons, and her wealth of knowledge about current research was incredibly reassuring that she has kept learning and developing her skills beyond school. That seems rare these days, when many doctors are either stretched too thin to have time to keep up, or they figure they already know all the right answers. Her nurse is also amazingly kind, hilarious, and remembered me at the second appointment. The whole staff at Loomis Rd. are always so helpful and patient. I was initially assigned to Dr. Rana based on who had a free appointment first, and I feel very lucky that it ended up being her!"
