"My visits with him leave me unsure that he actually "heard" what I was saying. A kind of a "poo-poo" attitude to my complaints or thoughts. I feel as he feels my case is insignificant to him. "

"I chose Dr. Osburn as my primary care physician and scheduled a wellness physical. I told the scheduler it was just a wellness physical, I told the intake person and I told Dr. Osburn. In fact, I was quite explicit. I told Dr. Osburn that I was there for my annual wellness physical and that I did not want to pay for anything outside of that parameter. It is paid in full under my health plan and that was all I needed. Well, not only did she code it for a sick diagnostic visit, but she did so for the lab work and the follow-up. I sent her an email about the discrepancy and also talked to her at my follow-up and she tried to make an excuse, saying that she did more than required on a physical, which was not true. But said she would talk to her manager about it. Still crickets. Additionally, I asked her for a 90-day fill on my daily meds so I could enroll in the mail order refill, but she AGAIN only gave me 30 days for 3 refills. My husband's doctor did NONE of those things, so I switched caregivers. Trust is a major factor in the doctor-patient relationship, and Dr. Osburn lost mine."
