"Jocelyn is that rarest of medical providers - someone who truly listens to her patients. Not only does she have a lovely bedside manner, but also takes the time to find real answers & solutions to acute as well as chronic concerns, thereby quite possibly saving my life more than once just this year. Jocelyn has also been persistent and successful at obtaining authorizations from my insurance (another task specialists couldn’t figure out) for the diagnostics and treatment of multiple issues. She has even called as late as 9pm if she’s not been able to contact me about a serious, immediate concern. I am so grateful to have a PCP that actually listens, and, I feel, actually cares about me and my children. "
