"I found Krystal through using the national suicide hotline and was in need of a therapist. I found Krystal and she was so supportive, non-judgemental, well spoken, and gave me a comprehensive list of services/treatments that we could try to help me walk through my anxiety and depression. While she remains secular in her practice, she has had history with being in the Christian church which is very helpful to me personally. She is able to understand and listen, while incorporating grounding techniques during sessions. She is respectful, positive, encouraging, and fosters a safe environment. Not only that, but her scheduling is very reliable. I see her once every two weeks virtually, at the same time and day. If any schedule changes need to happen, she is prompt at emailing me to coordinate schedule changes. She responds usually within the day if I were to email her during her office hours. I look forward to continuing my care with her and highly recommend anyone to look into her services if they are going through a anxiety, depression, or suicidal ideation. She also offers yoga classes and services, which I would like to look into in the future"

"The office was private and clean, but I kept feeling dumb. Paul Croft really believes in the Gottman marriage studies, and will repeat the concepts over and over, without much thought as to how the content applies to you. It kinda felt like a college level course, where I had to figure it out, and less of a collaborative journey where the counselor wants to get me to a better place. I ended up going three times and afterwards never felt satisfied so I went elsewhere. Hopefully writing this review can lead to change. Specifically I really wanted to leave the session with a plan to get better and track progress, not just a diagnosis of how I got to where I am..."
