"When I arrived to his office the front office staff was not present and there was a line waiting to be checked in and out. It took me fifteen minutes to check in. When I was brought back into a room and the doctor entered he told me he only had ten minutes for me since I was seventeen minutes late. I was waiting to be checked in for that long, I wasn’t late. He was visible annoyed when I asked questions and told him my concerns of symptoms I was having. He did not exam me or ask for more details on my symptoms. I had to remind him of my health conditions since he didn’t bother to look at my records. He did not help me with my health problem and I need to schedule another appointment with a doctor. This experience was after I had another appointment with this doctor and when I showed up for my appointment I was told by his staff that he went home sick and no one called to cancel my appointment that day.
