"My wife is a patient of Farhad, everytime she comes back from a visit she has tears in her eyes. He has no manners at all on how to talk to patients, forget about being a bad Dr, he is a bad person. Zero manners, zero empathy, zero ethics, zero EVERYTHING, we gave him a couple of years but his behavior seems to be changing in to harassments. yelling at patients is a norm, two of our friend already switched and we are looking for a new doctor as well. Medical team needs to look in to his work ethics"

"The doctor left me shook to the extent that I could not sleep that night. I could not pinpoint what exactly went wrong but the whole experience was just weird. They make you sigh this form that states you pay $10 processing fee if you don't pay the correct amount at the front desk, they charge you for sending the reports over to the next doctor and the doctor gave me two lab orders on which she misspelled my name to the extent it felt like she was mocking it. I don't even know if they will take it at the labs... was not helpful in answering my questions and was not very nice either. Absolutely unneccessarily made me take off my shirt and put on a paper west for a thyroid gland exam. I don't want to go back."

" My experience with Dr. Caroline D'Souza and her staff left me feeling that their behavior is unprofessional and careless. On May 7th 2021, I arrived as a new patient, to the Dr. Caroline D'Souza's office. The receptionist searched for my name, and he said: “Your appointment is a tele-appointment.” I asked why I was not informed that I don't need to come to the office. He said: “We left you a voice mail yesterday.” However, I found no voice mail on my phone. I chose to stay in their waiting room and have a tele-appointment from there. The receptionist told me that their Internet connection is not good. I insisted to stay for this tele-appointment, and he had no choice but let Dr. Caroline D'Souza know that I was in their waiting room. Then, I received a text message with a link to join the tele-appointment. I clicked on the link and heard a voice (no video) and the person simply said that Dr. Caroline D'Souza is sick and can't see me. I believe, it was Dr. Caroline D'Souza's nurse. I asked if any other doctor can see me, and immediately got a negative answer. First, I learned that my appointment was converted to a tele-appointment, then, i was told that doctor is sick. Neither nurse or receptionist said “sorry" or offered an apology. Unprofessional and careless. "

"I relocated from out of state and had to immediately start on IV antibiotics for a medication resistant infection. Dr. Pastor was excellent to work with. He listened to my concerns and was very accessible when I had questions. He was excellent to work with and I highly recommend him. The clinical team I worked with for my infusions also validated I had picked a great provider. I had a great experience! "

"This place is just a joke, i have been scheduled as a new patient and i was recheduled twice and had to wait 21 days for the appointment and on the day of the appointment they said i have to wait 22 more days and i am rescheduled. seriously this place is a big joke. very poorly managed. i cancelled my appointment and i will look for another primary doctor, also changing my wife and my baby as well."
