"You never get in on time. I waited 3 hours for my appt. They took blood and I never got a call back on results. I called and left 2 messages and no one returned my call. You never get in on time for your appointment(no less than a 45 minute waity) and you can hardly get in to see this dr. They want to get you in an out fast. Staff is not friendly. Going to find another provider"

"I saw Dr. Gordon during an emergency after a previous doctor was unable to diagnose me or provide recommendations. Dr. Gordon was kind, considerate, listened to me, did the appropriate tests, and then gave me her recommendation for care. She respects her patients and staff and her staff speak highly of her ability to catch things that other doctors would miss. For the past 6+ years, I've accepted that doctors won't listen to me and preferred to see nurse practitioners of varying competencies but who at least took the time to listen to me. But now, I'm switching my care over to Dr. Gordon after having such a position experience and realizing there are still doctors who refuse to compromise their care."

"I saw Dr. Jones at this practice after my physician left. I was thinking of finding another doctor so this worked out. Dr. Jones was thorough, really listened and seemed very knowledgeable. The wait was very long but for me it was worth it because other doctors have treated me like a number, just moving me in and out and doing the least possible. Dr. Jones referred me to a specialist for my condition and I am hopeful to actually get help this time. I would recommend him to anyone. Oh, and his nurse was extremely pleasant and helpful as well. Very caring! Sometimes all you need is to be heard. Great job with your care, I appreciate it!"
