"I took my teenage daughter (this was her visit). She was very satisfied with Dr Harvey. I have a concern about the staff; although they were overall friendly and helpful, they had me sign a release form stating I did not provide them with an insurance card, even though I had it on soft format and did e-mailed it to the staff. What is the difference if I had the same insurance ID presented to them in paper form? Or plastic? C'mon, this is the 21st century, paper-less age. They also make a point in telling you they will send forms to fill over the mail, however, if you don't receive them over the mail, please show up 15 min earlier to the appointment to take care of that. Again, they could use e-mail to send the forms way in advance to the patients. It seems the regular mail option is not working quite right."

"My wife and I had our first screening with Dr. Koch. We agreed this was the best experience either of us have had at a doctor's office. From the time we arrive to the time we left, everything was positive. Staff was friendly and attentive and even had some good humor! Punctuality was on point and appreciated. Dr. Koch was very nice, professional and thorough. Everything was explained very well and we were treated with respect. She has a nice sense of humor too! Awesome experience!"
