"I went in for a routine physical and the staff mentioned they were going to do bloodwork, which I refused and said I didn't need (I'm an active male in my 20s, no reason for this). The doctor then came in and insisted that it was standard to do bloodwork during a physical, and didn't mention that it wouldn't be covered fully by my insurance. I then got a bill for $125 from Quest Labs 2 weeks later. I should have known to refuse more adamantly, but not a very pleasant way to learn this lesson. My opinion on this doctor is that they are looking for extra excuses to bill your insurance. Plenty of other POCs will not do this."

"I've been seeing Dr. Kshash for over 2 year now and I could not be happier to have him as my primary care physician. Excellent care. He takes his time and listens. He is very friendly and professional and it's easy to get an appointment, incl. evenings and Saturdays. He is low-key and patient - I like that because it helps me to ask questions. I recently had a problem with medication and he even called me on a Sunday just to check in to make sure the new medication was working. Very friendly front office staff as well. "

"She took over Dr Lando’s office. I’ve seen her twice. I called to get my prescription for Synthroid, and it’s now a non working number. I drove by and there’s stuff taped to the door! Where are my records now? What to do now! Trying to get an appt somewhere as I’m out of meds! No communication was sent regarding her very short (less than 4 mos) tenure and now no way to reach to get my years worth of med records since Dr. Lando!"

"John Hopkins do not monitor their physicians or nurses or staff for that matter just like a lot of other’s facilities. This Physician stands out. She was interested in the gossip. Not once did she speak at all about my physical condition. She came in on a conversation whete as I asked a lady to make it the very last choice to choose s nursing home if they could not find a skilled nursing company. DC has a lot of companies professing to have skilled nursing when they only have a director of nursing snd about two nurses for 50 people. I had to ask her to leave my room by motioning her toward the door and walking behind her. She never came back into the room. She took her sweet time answering the nurses and upon discharge she did not write all the medications I had been taking. It did not mean necessarily they had or had not to be continued. To come over here and do this, no ."
