"I had my hip replaced and I was at therapy working on my exercises when I dropped my cane and reached to get it, dislocating the replaced hip. I knew I was in trouble and laid down on the table. Steven came to me and supported my leg while calling an ambulance and getting my husband to come. They were so gentle and kind and reassuring. I was in a lot of pain but they got me to the hospital where they eventually put it back in place. Steven even called my surgeon who ended up being the person who got it back in place. He has been in touch frequently to see how I'm doing. He was amazing and so helpful. I've had other therapy with him over the past 3 years or more and he is always so kind and caring. The staff at RPT are all so amazing and caring. "
