"9-3-2021 An ambulance transported me to Christus Spohn Hospital for severe headaches, breathing issues and confusion. I recall this DO impatiently yelling at me because my condition made thinking and answering questions a challenge. He falsified the medical report stating that I was brought to the hospital by family in a private auto and that family said I was acting delusional wandering the hallways at home; however, I have the ambulance records & billing and my apartment doesn't even have a hallway. There isn't a family member's name on the report because no one was there, My family was out of town at my request due to the possibility that it was Covid. I could have died due to this incompetent overlooking the West Nile Virus Encephalitis that the Texas State Health Department managed to easily find. We put our faith and lives in these peoples hands, please choose wisely. "
