Within two visits, he had my kidneys at better function & my kidney-related high blood pressure completely under control. He listens better than he lets on, and I find his diagnoses on point, very well thought out, and takes into consideration everything I report to him. "

"My wife had her procedure 4/3/2017. Dr. Vandersteen and his staff were very informative and friendly. They walked us through the procedure and answered all of our questions. My wife was relaxed and knew she was in good hands .Since my Gastroenterologist has retired, I will be seeing Dr. Vandersteen for all my procedures. Thanks again"

"Came 8 minutes late with pain for an appointment . Staff said I am late and they can’t see me because they are headed for lunch. DO NOT RECOMMEND. "

"We are leaving Dr. Grey and would not recommend him. He relies on his staff too much and they don't have clue what they are doing. He recommended a breast MRI yearly to have a better shot at catching my wife's cancer if it came back. My insurance refused to pay the $2K costs because Dr. Grey didn't get involved for the peer-to-peer review and didn't provide adequate data to justify the MRI. He relied on his clerks to argue with my insurance company and they did a piss-poor job. They didn't even pursue due course until I got involved and made them. He won't call me back to help me understand why he says my wife needs the MRI and yet the insurance company says we don't based on Dr. Grey's provided data. Life is too short to put up with the likes of Grey."

"My mother received a uterine cancer diagnosis in September 2022. Following her first treatment, she experienced two visits to the emergency room and a three-day hospital stay, to which he never checked in on her or our family. At the next appointment Dr. Ormsby recommended a lighter dose of treatment on a weekly basis for the remainder of the treatment, as opposed to the full dose every three weeks. Unfortunately, three days after receiving the first 1/3-dose, she was hospitalized again for four weeks. Throughout this period, we consistently contacted Dr. Ormsby's office to provide them updates on her condition and seek guidance, with the hope that we would be assisted in some way. Regrettably, neither Dr. Ormsby nor his office made any effort to check in or follow up. Even when we informed them that my mother was admitted to the neighboring hospital, her doctor did not visit or call, despite my raising the issue with one of his nurses. I would never recommend Dr. Ormsby to anyone based on his failure to address the severity of the treatment's side effects and his lack of support or concern for my mother's well-being. It appears that his primary focus was financial gain. Furthermore, I must express my disappointment that neither Dr. Ormsby nor anyone from his office reached out or offered condolences after my mother's passing in May. Although her cause of death was unrelated to cancer, but rather a consequence of radiation treatment received at Huntsman, one would expect a doctor, particularly one dealing with matters of life and death, to extend some form of support or acknowledgement to the family. Even when we visited the his office to collect my mother's records and then informing them of her passing, we received no response. It is disheartening to witness such indifference from a healthcare professional who claims to save lives."

"I have been seeing Dr Lupash for about 4 years now. He is also my mom's and aunt's Rheumatologist and we all love him! From the beginning he has always given me options for my care and let's ME decide on what I'm most comfortable with. He doesn't force any treatment on me and I very much appreciate that because I have had doctors that don't do the same. He is always asking me about how my work is going, how my husband is and really anything about life. Not much has changed with the progression of my RA for about a year or so and so my appointments could honestly be about 5 minutes but I'm usually with him anywhere from 20-25 because he is so personable. His nurse Becky is also very very nice and she also asks me about me and my family. Only once have I had to wait longer than normal but I had a late afternoon appointment so by that time a day I feel like most doctors run at least a little behind"
