"What is interesting is that so many of these reviews all share the same theme….condescending, doesn't listen, ego. Ben prides himself on science and objective evidence. While somewhat subjective, one can't ignore so many patients having the same experience. Mental illness/conditions are not an exact science as Ben asserts. Ben was not face to face with my daughter for more that 30 minutes. Others and an iPad evaluated her to the tune of $5000, yet he seemed very confident in spewing his opinion that is completely inconsistent with longitudinal evidence, objective findings, educational history and presentation. Even the referring provider completely disagreed with his assessment. As a professional in the field, I am ashamed of myself for trusting Ben with my daughter. He did much more harm than good. This can't be undone."
