"On my first visit, he had an intern with him and he was obviously playing to entertaining her. Not a huge problem; she WAS cute... Second visit, I had a minor injury and he kept reminding me over and over what my age is (I'm mid-life) and implying that I should not do activities where I could injure myself. Like what? Sit on the couch nice and safe? My third visit, he and/or his office kept me waiting for over an hour with no explanation or apologies. I'm not going back for a fourth visit."

"Dr Mercer has been our doctor for our whole entire family (9 people) for over twenty years. He is very thorough and has built a rapport withall of us. He knows our family's medical history and genetically speaking, that is a plus. He is always on top of a sickness and makes sure we get to required testing when due. I would highly recommend Dr Mercer as his skills, including bed side manner are top notch."

"I will start by saying the office staff are awesome! But my experience with Dr. Lisa Nguyen was disappointing at best. I came to see her in Dec. 2015 and have decided not to return as of this month - Oct. 2016. Giving her credit where it's due, she did really try to help with my back issues. But I needed a primary care to keep me on my thyroid medication and assistance in finding out what was going on with me in multiple areas as well as someone to see if/when my family or myself should get sick. I really need my doctor to listen to me when I say I don't feel well and not make me feel like a crazed lunatic when I leave the office! She does give up when her suggestions don't work, and I feel like I've been placed on the back burner with no help."

"I've chosen to see Dr Khan solely because she is Muslim and I hoped to have brought her business and in return receive good service. To my great disappointment, she dismissed my concerns, refused to order the tests I requested despite my willingness to pay an extra copay, did not inform me why she would not be willing to order those tests, and additionally ordered EKG which she hadn't informed me about - neither the purpose for it nor that it would have been performed on me. She did not care to listen, did not care to spend time the way my previous PCPs did, did not care to treat me with dignity, and after all, made me feel like she was a patient denying services as opposed to being a provider that should care for my health. My heart hurts to say this because I don't want to tarnish her reputation, but I'd be doing a disservice to the community of women who may have the same hopes I had when I walked into her office. Find someone who'd honor your health and dignity and wouldn't look into your pockets to only benefit themselves with 0 benefits to your health."
