"I was burned on my face without warning in three places, given no real answers to my questions concerning the questionable freckles I pointed out to the doctor, and had a hard up sell experience with him and his staff. I can't afford a chemical peel "to look pretty" and I can't afford Botox, fillers, or some weird light therapy. His staff also tried hard to get me to do a chemical peel and then he prescribed a medication for my skin that I can't take. He wouldn't listen to me when I told him it never worked so I went back to my GP and will be forced to go out of town to see a dermatologist. I have never been so insulted, humiliated, or outright told I'm so ugly and old. He shows up on time to take your money, insult you, then try to sell you procedures and medications that you just can't afford. That is very unprofessional and cruel in my opinion. I can't recommend him at all."

"As a returning patient, my scheduled appointment was for 9:30 AM, on May 3, 2019. I arrived at the Dr. Office at 9:15 and was called back to the exam room at 10:00. There I waited for 45 Min. without seeing the Dr. and asked staff when he would be in. They said I should be next. At 11:00 he came in and spent 5 min with me, At no time did anyone ever come and and inform me as to why I was having this lengthy wait. This is totally unacceptable behavior of the Staff and Dr. Believe it or not, a Patients time is also valuable."
