As we always request blood work prior to the visit, the Nurse always gets the blood work request completed in a very timely manner. Like almost every professional office visit across professions, I never have a high expectations that exactly at the appointment time, I'm being seen by the Dr. for many reasons ranging from overbooking, extended office time with a prior patient, or even a hospital emergency a doctor must attend outside the office. But I'm willing to put up with some timing issues to visit a great doctor."

She then asked me how big is the company my mom works at and the name of the company. FOR WHAT? She never asked for ID# or a group number on the card. She then said she will not schedule my mom and hung up. I called back, she hung up again. I guess my mom won't be able to see this doctor. "
