As we always request blood work prior to the visit, the Nurse always gets the blood work request completed in a very timely manner. Like almost every professional office visit across professions, I never have a high expectations that exactly at the appointment time, I'm being seen by the Dr. for many reasons ranging from overbooking, extended office time with a prior patient, or even a hospital emergency a doctor must attend outside the office. But I'm willing to put up with some timing issues to visit a great doctor."

"Called to schedule an appointment for my mom. The reception lady asked me what was our insurance. After telling her what our insurance was (a big and well-known insurance company), the lady asked me the weirdest question... "Where does your mom work? Tell me". She then asked me how big is the company my mom works at and the name of the company. FOR WHAT? She never asked for ID# or a group number on the card. She then said she will not schedule my mom and hung up. I called back, she hung up again. I guess my mom won't be able to see this doctor. "
