"Her demeanor towards patients is cold and distant. Brushes off the patient's concerns and description of their ailment. When trying to provide further details about my condition, she cut me off and said "they are acne bumps", which is not even proper terminology and a broad term to diagnose the many variations of acne that exist. Then she proceeded to prescribe oral antibiotics and an expensive, harsh face wash made by their company, no further questions asked. Treatment was ineffective. Over the counter face washes and serums that I've researched on my own have worked better. Will not be going back."
