"Was on hold for 5 minutes before the receptionist came to the phone. I requested an appointment for today and she tells me 1:15pm. I said that would work great then told her I would be a new patient. Oh, well in that case we couldn't get to you until Monday. Really?! Because I would be a new patient you are not willing to see me on a Friday and have the possibility of the appointment being not filled by a previous client? Wow. That is terrible, and because of this "policy" I will never use Dr. Dong. That is terrible customer service."
