"I was supposed to have an appointment this morning at 830. Show up to Dickinson & everyone’s looking at me crazy. Wrong location apparently. Even when i called this morning to verify my appt and location. Nobody has records of me. The office i “should have been at” said they would never schedule on Monday since he’s not there. Well clearly someone did so?? She kept arguing say nobody would do that. Well they did. My first original appt i made i drove an hour away only to be told he wasn’t at the location the first time!!! Absolutely incompetent staff. If the staff are this incredulous the dr has to be equally untrained. You simply don’t have this huge of an “error” when the dr has appropriate staff. I wouldn’t trust this place to even give me Tylenol. Horrible people, handled terribly, would never recommend, and a huge waste of my time. Not a single person wants this big of a mess especially when they’re dealing with pain. "

"i went to dr. brown for a good long time. always was 100% honest with him, always! i had been the victim of a theft and my wallet was stolen along with a written prescription for Percodan. i know you cannot refill a controlled med like percodan, and i never tried. the percodan was for my break thru pain points when my main med was wearing off, but when it was too early to take another. of course if i cannot fill my break thru meds i will be looking at absolute torture. i could not handle it and so i tried to refill my regular meds a week early, and chaos broke out! dr. brown decided to punish me and then next time i came in he gave me a drug test. no big deal, i wasnt worried. well, i should have been, and if i knew my doctor was a psychotic nut i would have! not only did he lie and accuse me of being on methadone, he refused to rerun the test even when i begged him to. he also was cold as ice and even shrugged his shoulders at me when i was trying to talk to him. i could not understand how this happens. i left devastated. i also got smart. at my own cost i went immediately to a walk in lab. took a buccal, urine, and blood test, and of course no dope! no methadone. no nothing! he is an awful awful man. and as far as me trying to refill my regular meds a week early, AFTER i was robbed???who the frig cares. in know it is the rule, the law, but it is my back, my body, and my life. i ended up getting morphine at the er. it was pure torture, and the person, my doctor, dr. mark brown, the one who was supposed to make the pain stop, was the main reason it was unbearable! bad bad man!"
