"I was the only patient in the waiting room for Dr. Reddy, but I was kept waiting 1 1/2 hours for a meeting with Dr. Reddy for 5 minutes. I think he left for lunch at noon when I had my appointment. This consultation could have been handled by telephone, but neither Dr. Reddy or his staff respond to telephone messages or emails. I believe that Dr. Reddy is primarily concerned with other enterprises other than the practice of medicine. Dr. Reddy is a brilliant man and speaks well, but seems to be distracted. "

"I have been seeing Dr. Parikh and her fellow staff since 2016 and they're wonderful providers. Great bedside manner and they really listen to their patients. Dr. Parikh diagnosed my Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and has helped me to get my Type 2 insulin dependent diabetes under control. I really appreciate all they've done for me. I drive almost 100 miles to see her and it's well worth it. Their care, knowledge, and compassion is refreshing. "

"CALLED INTO THE CLINIC FOR AN APPOINTMENT, I WAS A NEW PATIENT BUT THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEE ME ANYWAY. I EXPLAINED I FELT VERY BAD, HIGH FEVER, HEAVY COUGH, FELT VERY BAD AND THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND TOLD ME TO COME ON IN TO THE CLINIC. I WALKED IN, CHECKED IN, TOOK MY INSURANCE CARD AND DRIVER LICENSE. I TOOK A SEAT AND WAITED MAYBE 25 MINUTES AS THEY COULD SEE I WAS NOT FEELING VERY GOOD. THE FEMALE NURSE CALLED ME TO THE BACK AND PUT ME IN A ROOM, ANOTHER NURSE ERIC CAME IN WITH HER. THEY BOTH TOOK MY VITALS, I HAD 103.1 FEVER, CHECKED MY OXYGEN LEVEL, BLOOD PRESURE, LEFT THE ROOM AND CAME BACK WITH THE COVID QUICK TEST. CAME BACK IN 5 MINUTES, COVID POSITIVE. DR. GARDEZI CAME IN WITH THEM AND HE WENT OVER ALL MY INFORMATION, FAMILY HISTORY, AND HE WAS VERY PLEASANT, TOLD ME THE VERDIT ON CONFIRMING COVID. GAVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION I NEEDED TO KNOW MOVING FORWARD. TOOK MY PHARMACY INFORMATION, SENT IN ALL MY PRESCRITIONS TO THEM. i WAS ASKED TO COME BACK IN A WEEK OR CALL IF SYSTOMS GOT WORSE. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH ALL THE TEAM AND APPRECIATED ALL THEY DID WITH ME. I WALKED TO THE OTHER SIDE TO CHECK OUT, PAID MY CO PAY AND SET UP ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK. I WILL ASSURE YOU I WILL BE GOING BACK IF I GET SICK BECAUSE I FELT THAT I WAS IN GOOD HANDS THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE. I CAN'T SAY ENOUIGH ABOUT THEM. I HAVE TO SAY THAT THE REMARK MADE ON THE DOCTOR HAS TO MANY PATIENTS, ALL THE DOCTORS HAVE TO MANY PATIENTS TO SEE. BUT I HAVE TO SAY, THAT JUST MEANS HE MUST BE A GOOD DOCTOR OR HE WOULD'NT HAVE ANY PATIENTS. MY LAST DOCTOR IN SUGARLAND I HAD WIFE AND HUSBAND TEAM AT A CLINIC, WHEN COVID WAS BIG, THEY JUST UP AND QUIT, SOLD THE CLINIC, AND REFUSED TO TREAT ANY MORE, SO I HAD TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR WHO WOUOLD TAKE PATIENTS, AND I DID. "
