"Dr. Wilborn has been treating a chronic issue that requires surgery but has to be delayed. His treatment is aimed at relieving pain as much as possible during the waiting period via myofascial release, stretching, etc. Airrosti gives you the balls, bands and other supplies needed to do the exercises and has a new app to make it easy to review the exercises. Dr. Westin has been compassionate and is very clear on what he is doing and how these exercises may help. The only downside is that, although my dr referred me to them for PT (which it very much appears to be), insurance covers them as “chiropractic” at a lower level of benefits. I am not topically a fan of chiropractic but this process has been very beneficial and I highly recommend both the Airrosti method and Dr. Wilborn in particular. "
