Family Medicine practitioners - Spring, TX

"Dr. Rambarran was nice so I had no issues with her bedside manner in the slightest, and the office is nice BUT my issue is with the billing. I went for a Preventive Well Woman visit, and asked a question regarding some pain I'd been having elsewhere. She wasn't able to do anything about it, and didn't do any kind of guesswork really or evaluation of the area and ultimately gave me information to another type of provider which was no problem. Naturally, the office billed for a seperate Office Visit on top of my 100% insurance covered Preventive visit. I'm glad I didn't pay the amount I was quoted after my visit because the cost the front desk provided me was DOUBLE the cost of what I actually owe according to my insurance. Also since I was a new patient I had to go through the standard "new patient" paperwork which included two assessments: one for mental and emotional health per say and then another for health risk factors etc. I only completed them as they were included amongst the other health history, HIPAA release forms etc. Had I known that they were going to bill those to my insurance as Performed Assessments I wouldn't have completed them as I received those same things with my insurance as an included benefits for FREE. The doctor nor nurse addressed the forms, and they didn't even look at them during my visit. After I clear up this matter with the billing I will not be returning. As much as I enjoyed Dr. Rambarran the sneaky billing practices turned me off as a return patient. I earn my living as a Healthcare Advocate so I assist people with this on a daily basis, so unfortunately they weren't able to pull one over on me. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EOBS AND CLAIM INFORMATION THAT IS PROVIDED BY YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY!"

"The worst I went to this place on two different occasions and crazy thing i saw two different doctors. They don't care about anything but your money/insurance I was charged 173 when i first went and 43 second time and was told we charge you more when you fist come like, huh a fee should be the same not vary but thats how this place is out for money and you see different nurses/doctors nothing consistent "
