She and her staff take the time to ensure that I understand and have all my questions answered thoroughly. Phone calls are returned and things are followed through on in a timely fashion. I am grateful for the professional service and treatment and very happy with the level of care I receive."

"He’s good for checking your blood pressure and little else. Farms you out to various specialists and his staff will muck up the referral process in ways you simply can’t imagine…..and then lie about it and blame you. You’d be better off if you did a rain dance while biting the head off a chicken……..avoid the drama and seek help elsewhere. "

"I used to think Dr. Colon was a good doctor to see for all of my medical concerns and questions. Today was the day I realized I had to let others seeking a provider know how he really is as a doctor. Whenever I go to see him, it seems like I'm usually waiting about, at least, 15 minutes before he comes in to my room to see me at his office. He will go over everything you write on your paperwork, but he doesn't stop to take the time to listen to you. And when he does, he has to ask you multiple times to remind him what you went over with him. He also lacks bedside manner, when he asks about your health concerns. He rushes over everything you tell him, and seems to have little sympathy, from my perspective, if you have something that is making you feel unwell. I want to say that a lot of this isn't completely his fault, as his office might be overbooking him with patients due to the nature of his work. But I'm sorry to say, whether it's because of the clinic he works in's fault, or his personality is just the way it is, his work ethic as a primary care provider has been lacking more and more over the time I've been seeing him. If you don't mind a doctor who will rush through what your medical concerns are, and not have him ask for details to see the bigger picture to find a way to treat your aliments properly, be my guest, and pick him as your provider. As for me, I'll be looking for a new provider who will hear me out and not make me feel like Alice chasing down the white rabbit."
