"Takes an hour to go through the verbal intake forms and verify all is well with insurance, schedules you a month+ out, then waits 3 days to email you as their office is closing for the weekend that they "called to cancel due to no providers". Not only was there no record found of any incoming or outgoing calls made during the timeframe they stated they cancelled in, but they also refused to even offer a rescheduled day and time. It would be more understandable if they were cancelling an appointment made solely online without ever speaking to one of their employees, but this is unacceptable when you dealt with their inhouse staff. The office of Candice Goodman will completely write you off without reason, give you no time during the business week to find a new provider, and has no care at all for the time you spent with them. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! If they don't care about your time, they certainly won't care about your (or your child's) health."
