Bariatricians - Mckinney, TX

"I was looking for a new primary care doctor and found Dr. Reyes thru the Aetna website. I scheduled an appointment to get a yearly physical and see if he was a good fit for long term. Unfortunately, it was a terrible fit. First, he tried to charge my for a heart procedure/test thru an Ipad that wouldn't work. I had to come to 2 visits.to try and get it to work. Then he charged me the test that he couldn't perform. I called his office several times before someone returned my call. They did remove the charge only after I got upset with them. Second, he tried to pressure me into an expensive fitness program that he was in charge of and when I didn't want to attend I could tell that he didn't want to work with going forward. Afterwards, I thought that I would give him another chance by doing a second physical. I had an appointment scheduled but I had to reschedule. I left them a message the day before (FYI, they have never once picked up the phone when I called ). Someone from his office actually called me back on the phone and said I didn't call in time and wanted to bill me anyway. I told them I wasn't interested in his services anymore and to take me off their list. I would not recommend this doctor and his office due to lack of service and pressure for expensive programs and services. "
