Family Medicine practitioners - Mcallen, TX

"Do not waste your time to visit this Doctor or practice. I had an appointment and arrived 20 minutes early to make sure I honored my commitment. I checked in after completing all of the information prerequisites on a link they provided when scheduling my appointment. I waited over an hour after my appointment time and received a phone call from the nurse saying that they were running a "bit" late and I had to wait longer to see the doctor. At that point I notified the nurse that I was leaving as my personal time is important also. This doctor and practice have little regard for your time and in my opinion, they are a poor provider. "

"Office staff was very professional and polite. My overall physical exam was thorough and time spent with me was considered good. Wait time to see doctor, rather nurse practitioner, was reasonable. I will definitely make Mr. Maynard my primary care physician. "

"I was leaving my current doctor and came to this practice on a Saturday. I had been having health issues for too long and came in with my allergies and sinus issues. Not only did he take the time to listen and ask questions about my medical history but I finally got something to relieve not breathing through one of my nostrils hence no more earaches. I would only have continued with them if their office staff would be bothered to do their job. In June I called for an appointment and for 2 of those calls I was on hold for more than 30 minutes. When the line was picked up it was answered with an attitude of "it's not my job". Left 2 messages for the office manager and have yet to receive a call back. My health is way too important to be messed up by people not doing their job. What a waste. Glad I found another good doctor."
