"Dr. Bushan has been my doctor for many years now. He is a very kind, considerate and knowledgeable. Looking at the other ratings on this page made me wonder how positive these people are. I do and would continue to recommend this doctor to others. He listens and cares when I am in pain and treats me for the problem. I feel I have had good results from his treatment and he is sensitive to my emotions. I am so thankful for him and always chose my insurance after making sure he is in the network. I do not want to lose him. "

"I was Dr. P's patient for probably about 2 years when he started his own practice. I had an appointment for my infusion that I get every 2 months on 8/2/2021. I got a call the week prior to that appointment saying they didn't get the contract with my insurance company, so they wouldn't be able to see me on Aug. 2. They suggested I try the place where he practiced before. I called that place. Apparently, he had a lot of patients with that insurance, so that clinic was swamped. They said they would call me in 1-2 weeks just to make an appointment with one of their doctors! They said they couldn't give me an infusion without me seeing one of their doctors first. The soonest they could get me in was September 20! I have been in pain for nearly a month, and have nearly a month to go. And that's not even an infusion appointment. I don't know when I'll get in for that. I tried to get in with another rheumatologist, but I can't get in with them until late October. Also, if you go too long in between Remicade infusions, your body can make antibodies. If that happens, and you get an infusion, you can die. They don't care. Also, I started a new job and have different insurance, but Dr. P didn't get the contract with them either (Aetna)!"
