General Dentists - Little Elm, TX

"I went to another dentist when my crown popped off. The dentist told me i needed to extract the tooth or get a root canal. This did not seem correct as i was in zero pain. I talked to some dentist friends and they said the tooth does not have to be extracted. I then found Dr. Debebe and he not only told me I DON'T need an extraction. He also said I DONT need a root canal!!! An hour later he made me a crown and fixed my tooth. The entire process was incredibly efficient and professional. I am SO happy to have found such a knowledgeable and professional dentist that is honest!!! Amazing dentist and highly recommend!!!"

"Front desk staff was openly bad-mouthing managment in front of patients sitting in the lobby. I paid over $200 for uncovered services even though my dental insurance said they are in-network. Then I got a bill stating I owed an additional $124 on top of the $200 I already paid. The building is older, dated. No digital paperwork option. Dentist was kind. I was super disappointed in the front desk staff and billing issues. I've been calling them for days, no one ever answers the phone. I couldn't get a cleaning on the day I was there, which I still don't understand. They scheduled me to go back another day for just the cleaning. Now I'm worried I'll be paying out of pocket for that too. "
