"First visited Doctor Crumbie who was well aware that I had a fractured finger and still put my finger in a brace, which did no good. Then recommended me to another doctor that was extremely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. His name was Matthew Koepplinger and his assistance Annie Scheckter wanted to order I do six weeks of physical therapy for fractured finger. I proceed to tell Koepplinger to wanted my finger corrected and very rudely tells me " What are you a hand model"... I never expected that from a so called professional doctor. Tell me to deal with the pain, cause he would if it was him. Well it's not about him, it's about the patient. I Do Not recommend Matthew Koepplinger, Annie Scheckter, if you want something done Go elsewhere!! "

"Total Ankle Replacement went as well as could have been possible. Over the years I have, by luck, been under the care of some of the most well regarded surgeons in the country and Dr. McGarvey more than holds his own as one of the best. Just like any doctor he has an individual personality and tends to be more reserved and keep explanations and opinions short and to the point. This tends to be normal for many top surgeons or specialists who face ridiculous demand for services. In order to meet this demand and provide his services to as many as possible he must be efficient. While under his care I was exposed to the truly crazy hours that he works and puts into his patients that many don't realize. Some patients want a doctor who will hand hold and baby through the whole process. Be prepared with your questions and he will absolutely answer all of them. He also really takes into account what you have to say about your own injury. The practice also tends to force fit many patients into the schedule on same day notice. This is GREAT when you need it, but be prepared as this means everyone has to wait, even if you have an appt. This will turn some people off but in the end, you get seen and treated by a great surgeon."

"Surgery on Tuesday, January 12. Left hospital on Thursday, first physical therapy visit on Friday! All set up at pre-surgery orientation the previous week, presented by Memorial Hermann staff and very helpful. Dr. Noonan and his staff were available for questions and assistance at all times, office visits are within acceptable wait times, and facilities at the office and Memorial Hermann Katy are great."

"Dr. Felinski is the best. I'm so glad I chose her to do my Bariatric surgery. If only she had a staff that returned calls and did as they said they would. I missed two days of pay so far because I can't get anyone to fax a letter of release to go back to work. Dr. Felinski did a fantastic job and I would go to her again but her staff treats you like a bother."
