"Dr. Ashraf was my OBGYN for my first child and about a year before that. She was very patient, kind, took time to explain issues and procedures (sometimes was a little too detailed during emotional times) but overall made good choices, was respectful and knowledgeable. I worked with her through Pristine and I hated how they always made me pay even if the visit seemed like it should’ve been covered under my global delivery contract fee or should’ve been covered with insurance. Even when they overcharged me, I had to call and schedule a phone call with a nurse and fight to figure all that out. (They never actually told me they owed me money, just waited for another visit and then charged me a “lower” fee. Shady.) Any time I had a question, I couldn’t ever reach anyone directly without another scheduled visit that I was subsequently charged for. Love the doctor but Pristine isn’t my favorite practice to deal with. "

"Dr. Ann Bertles is an incredible doctor for women's wellness. In fact, I drive approximately an hour and a half for my appointments because I trust her in all aspects as a medical provider and I plan to continue. She gained my trust years ago when I was advised by another doctor to have a procedure done and when referred to her, she advised to hold off on the procedure to see if my body would correct itself and it did. She was exceptional for my pregnancy and my child's birth and I had the most wonderful experience I could imagine during this time. Every appointment, she is punctual and her staff is welcoming. If you need anything outside of your appointments, you can contact her office and they are very responsive. I believe she has her office working like a well-oiled machine. Everything and everybody works together well and keeps everything in line. She is informative, courteous, and interested in your concerns. She'll help address anything that you want to discuss. Her credentials and experience are very impressive and one would be lucky to get in to see her. There is a reason why insurance companies even classify her as exceptional over many other providers and trusts her patient care (and choosing her as a provider lowers costs because of this classification). Thank you, Dr. Bertles, for the great patient care and for your office providing a comfortable space for your patients."

"I needed medical records ASAP for several therapy sessions, when I called to get them from medical records they told me it could take about 15 days to receive them in mail and suggested that if you can get a fax number from your doctor's office we can fax the same day the request is made. So, I called Dr. Lin's office on February 9, 2017 and explained to the office person that answered the phone why I needed the fax number and was it okay. She gave me the fax number and I received a call on my cell the next morning saying the medical records were faxed to them for me to pick-up a copy. I drove over on my lunch hour in the rain. I told them my name and some lady walked up and said why you need these, I don't feel comfortable giving them to you. She said she left me a message on my home number and I asked her why would you leave me a message on my home, your office called me on my cell to let me know the records had arrived. I told her the issue is with the people at the front desk not with me. She told me well, I can't give them to you. So, I told her I would like to see Dr. Lin, she said the doctor is with a patient and she is not cool with what you did. I will wait until Dr. Lin finishes up with her patients. I reminded her, your office gave me the fax number and said it was okay. You need to address the problem to your office staff. Then, she said if you sign this form (that was already filled out), you can get them and pay $25. I told her she could have avoid the heated conversation if she had given me the form upon arrival and I told her I did not care if it cost me $1M because I call and got permission, drove over in the rain and you give me the worst experience I have ever had with the office--I have been a patient with Dr. Lin for almost 9 years...where is the loyalty? Once, I got home after 5 p.m. the same day, I received a voice mail from the office manager (Crystal Smith), she left a sweet message for me to call her. I returned her call on Monday around 9:00 a.m. and asked to speak to Crystal, I told her I was returning a call from Friday, Feb. 10th, I shared with her the awful experience I encountered, she told me "oh that was me who you talked to at the desk" I told her you sounded so sweet on the phone, however you have a really nasty attitude in person giving patients word-to-word showed no concerns, respect on what it took for me to get there in the rain. Again, your office staff should have been trained on when to give patients fax number to get records. I left a message for Dr. Lin to call me regarding this incident--no return calls. Usually, I get my check-up in April every year. I called to make an appointment, Linda answered the phone and asked my DOB, I gave it to her, and she told me that you are not allowed to come to this office per the office manager (Crystal Smith). I was not a happy camper, I asked Linda to give Dr. Lin my cell phone and have her to call me--Dr. Lin never did...it showed me where she stands believing in her office staff which gave me a horrible experience. I wrote the board and received a letter saying I threaten the staff, why would I threaten the staff? I came to get my records and refuse to leave until I see Dr. Lin if she had not given them to me. I am a true believer, one will get what they deserved in life--just keep living. Keep treating people with no respect, GOD is watching."

"Having to find a new GYNO after moving is difficult and it took me 5 years to find Dr. McCullagh, but the wait was worth it! She is actually a better gyno than the one I used for 15 years. Office staff is great, nurse assistants are friendly and helpful and Dr. Kelly is on her game. I'm 57 & menopause has hit - I know what to expect when I go to have my yearly, no need to 'explain', but Dr. Kelly is relaxing, informative and makes great suggestions for issues I have. Not sure what's up with the negative reviews, but I've been really happy with the switch and am lucky to have found her! "

"Totally recommend Dr.Pierce she’s amazing, ready to listen and answer all your questions. When I first met her she took the time with me to get to know me and what happened in my first pregnancy, so that it won’t happen again. Wish I would’ve known her then. I feel very confident having her as my obgyn for my second pregnancy. Hands down she’s amazing doctor "

"I’ve been seeing Dr Cole for almost 14 years now and she delivered one of my babies. She always takes the time to talk to her patients and really listens to and addresses their concerns. When my teenage daughter needed to see someone, I didn’t think twice about taking her to see Dr Cole! She was just as wonderful with her! "

"This was my first time with the doctor and I was looking forward to go to her because of the reviews I've read but I was sorely disappointed. First for all, they made me wait for 30 min. even thought I was there 15 min. ahead of my scheduled appointment, calling in people that had arrived after my appointment time. Dr. Sobarzo was nice and listened to me attentively, however she charged me for a office visit even though I was there for my well-woman exam which is supposedly covered 100% by your insurance. The lady at the check out desk, Bianca, was curt and bordering unprofessional. She treating me like I was stupid or didn't understand English. I needed some lab work done and since I didn't want to have it sent to the laboratory they use (which is not covered by my insurance) they are making me go back to the office to pick up the order. Dr. Sobarzo was supposed to sent 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy but she only sent one, so I had to call the office several times because she had not sent it yet. Overall I am very disappointed with the services provided by this doctor and her staff. "

"Dr. Kabir saw me throughout my first (and only) pregnancy and he lived up to all my expectations. I had first observed him through my sisters' 2nd baby delivery and while all the nurses who saw my sister kept mentioning a c-section because my nephew had the cord around his neck, Dr. Kabir knew better and explained that if she followed his steps then the baby will come out with no problems. That is exactly what happened! Even my own first time (induced) delivery lasted a very short time. I went to the hospital at 5am and by 3:42 my baby girl was out! Definitely recommend."

Let me list a few things I like about her: she answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid, informed me of things that I didn't even know to ask about, her bedside manner was great, empathetic and compassionate! I only wished I could make her my PCP. "

"Always goes above and beyond to make it to the delivery. Very encouraging and always willing to take the time to answer any questions. Never pushy regarding birthing plan. Delivered all of my babies and they were all natural, so punctuality definitely gets 5 stars! Highly recommend!"
