Family Medicine practitioners - Katy, TX

"Have been using for 6 years but leaving practice. Unable to schedule annual physicals in a timely manner. My kids are away at college so scheduling has to be when they are in town between classes. have child home for 2 months, but annual physical appointment unavailable until August . In addition, if you have an appt for physical, she will not do "well woman"check at same time. That is different type of appointment. Frustrating. "

"I had appointment for my annual physical, before appointment I confirmed and verified that Dr: is in network. as a doctor she spend less than 15 seconds. 2 month later I received bill for $67.60 for in office visit. (my annual physical is 100% covered). I call the phone number on the bill 713-566-6600 & talked to Josephine on 7/21/21 @ 11:35am & explained everything to her & she said that it might be a mistake for different code, and she will take care of it. I received nothing after that. but on 1/15/22 I receive another bill from different (UTHealth) of $ 190.00 for different service provided to me on same day (5/25/21). I called again on 1/25/22 @ 1:11pm and talked to Meesha to the number on the bill (855-877-2808) and explained her what is going on & she said she will request for the review. I called my insurance company about the explanation on the Dr. Lee claim and the insurance agent told me that Dr. Lee is charging for the office facility which is not in-network. but I verified on aetna web-site and that building is in network. Complete fraud. "

"This place is horrible …they need to get shut down or get new providers i was on time for my appointment at 8:45 am and it is now 10:09 am and still have not been seen. The provider was sitting in the same spot when i entered and exited the room. When i was leaving he was like in coming you are next .. no thank you i am a paying patient with insurance not medicare … horrible experience will never ever recommend to any one "
