"Checked-in. Meet with the assistant of Dr. Rifat. Provided reason for visit. Physical was moved to a different date due to my symptoms and concerns. Dr. Rifat came in to follow up. Told me what she thinks the diagnosis is. Examined me and concluded it’s possibly from the inside. Felt frustrated that I felt my concerns and issues weren’t being taken seriously. No labs ordered to be taken for my next visit. Thought I could be showing bad results on my labs and nothing would be done until the following week. Went home and took the prescribed medication that upon researching the side effects didn’t help with the other symptoms I went into the visit expressing concern for. I felt ultimately my concerns were ignored. My physical appointment would have been rescheduled, but I am to go with a different doctor so I don’t prolong treatment."

After I found the place, I walked upstairs in the rain only to be told they do not accept Medicaid...After I told them I had Medicaid while making the appointment! I was really upset, the ladies at the front desk were really rude when I told them I had Medicaid! "
