"Dr. Shah took such good care of me and did such a great job on my low back surgery. He's not only amazingly smart he is so nice and treats you as if you are the only patient he has. Even though we had a difference of opinion when it came to the best football team (Go Giants) I still think he's the best. I would recommend him to everyone."

"It is my opinion that this doctor is much more concerned about getting paid than in treating his patients. I had seen his associate the Friday before and was in pain an hour after I left her. Was back Tuesday morning in pain and was told I would have to make another appointment and pay another charge. I came back the next day and when Tim came into the room he brought another person whom I'm guessing was there to be a witness. I told him my symptoms and he said my ear was clear and I would need a hearing test. I asked how this would unclog my ear and if there would be additional charges to which he replied there would be. When I questioned his business model he told me to leave his office. I did and assured him I would be providing a review to which his response was "it had better be accurate or he would sue my a**!" It's accurate. "

"Only doctor we could find who could actually read an X-ray and MRI, and we saw several. Great guy as well, very professional."

"I had a scheduled appointment at 3:10 pm on September 8th, 2021. I arrived the requested 15 minutes early and checked in. Several other patients that entered after me were taken to the exam rooms and I was left alone in the waiting room. At 3:30 pm, I approached the receptionist and asked if she forgot me. She then proceeded to say she had just gotten insurance verification and took my payment. I was then escorted to the Exam Room 9 where I waited until 4:15 pm. The lights in the hallway were turned out and I noticed and I opened the door and again asked "Had I been forgotten". The Medical Assistant stated "that she was notifying the doctor". Dr. Johnston came in approximately 5 minutes later and I explained that I have been waiting a long time. She looked at me and said "you have only been here 30 minutes. I informed Dr. Johnston that I had arrived at 2:55 pm and that my appointment was supposed to be at 3:10 pm. She only stated "How can I help you". She did not acknowledge the excessive time nor did she apologize or try to explain why she was delayed. I advised her she could not assist me at all. I did not/do not trust her to be concerned about my health. I advised I was canceling my appointment and asked for a refund of my payment. The only person that ever acknowledged my feelings and concerns was the person that processed my refund. Dr. Johnston never apologized, never tried to rectify the situation. She does not respect her patients and their time. I would not go to this doctor or office if I were you!"

"Dr. Westkaemper is a great doctor/surgeon. He performed surgery on my wrist after I had broken it in several places, putting a plate in my wrist. It took a minimum of time to heal, and after a few months, I could not even tell that anything had been done to it except a small scar on the inside of my wrist. Plus, since I work on a computer all day, I am extremely pleased that I have no discomfort or problems with it at all."

"She was in the room with me for a total of about 3.5 minutes. I told her my ear was clogged and I only had one question, will my ear be unclogged today. She said simply "yes." She stuck a vacuum hose in my ear then another hose she blew something into my ear. I asked her what she put in my ear and without saying a word she opened a drawer, took out a bottle of...something and literally put it in front of my face for me to read. Horrible experience. This was the Friday before memorial day weekend and an hour after I left I started having stabbing pain. I was back first thing Tuesday morning in pain and was told I could not be seen until tomorrow and that I would have to make an appointment and pay another charge. I saw her associate Tim Thomason who was equally non caring. All in all the worst two doctors I have ever been to. They belong together!"
