"HORRIBLE experience! If I could give them a negative 100 I would. I made an appointment to get a simple vaccine and they told me my insurance policy was terminated. I called my insurance and they said my policy was active. There was back and forth phone calls that I finally decided to three way call this office with my insurance. The insurance rep assured them I was covered, but this office wouldnt take that as an answer. The receptionist, Naomi, was absolutely the RUDEST person that once the insurance rep and I hung up with this office the rep was astonished about how we were spoken to. Also, Mike was extremely rude, saying he had nothing to do with my case even though Naomi said he was the biller that “called” my insurance (my insurance said there was NO record of anyone calling today to check my benefits). Naomi also told me I could not get a copy of my medical records even though I have a right to them. I worked for a doctors office and we ALWAYS gave patients their medical records. I ended up cancelling my follow up appointment with them because I will not tolerate being spoken to so rudely. There are way too many doctors in this town that would love my business. They are NOT patient friendly!"

"I visited this doctor for an annual physical and requested an ENT referral during my appointment. The doctor rolled his eyes and insisted on examining me first, which unexpectedly led to me being charged for an additional visit just for mentioning the referral. Separately, after my blood test results came back abnormal, he abruptly (and without justification) advised me to consider changing careers, which I found rather extreme. A week later, I took another blood test which showed everything was normal; it turned out I was just dehydrated. I wouldn't recommend this doctor or the office as it seems they're primarily interested in making money. The communication from the staff was subpar. However, I must say the person who took my blood was excellent."
