"I was expecting a dr who would be rushed w/one foot out the door. Boy, was I wrong. First, Dr. Murthy is extremely pleasant. 2nd, he listened to everything as I explained my issue & how it began & worsened. He then asked questions & explained my CT scan & my problem through drawings, pictures & his extensive knowledge w/it. He gave me info I wanted to know & info I didn't know I needed to know. He was very thorough in his explanations. He was not in a hurry. I can't say enough good things about my experience w Dr. Murthy. I will absolutely recommend him to everyone I know needing to see a pulmonologist."

"I chose to visit Dr. Alikhan based on two factors: associated with Methodist Hospital (where I’d visited ER), and in my insurance network. The visit went very well: 1. Called on 5 Jan for an appointment, got one the very next day. 2. Office staff courteous over the phone and in person. Emailed the new patient paperwork, which I completed and returned the day before appt. 3. When I showed up 45 minutes early (unexpected morning changes), they were able to accommodate, and I was in a room in 15 minutes. 4. Got vitals, and they offered a bottle of water. 5. Doc and PA came in. Doc spent about 20 minutes listening to my history and examining me. He was attentive to every detail, asking questions about my answers, to get the whole story. It’s been a while since I’ve seen a Dr. that truly wants to listen. It was a great experience today!"

"Dr Katkin has been introduced to us by our pediatrician when our son had an asthma attack that led him to an ICU stay. Dr Katkin and her team are exceptional. They take their time during the visit. They discuss the plan of actions and are available if we have questions or concerns. Our son asthma is well controlled thanks to their work."

"I rarely write a one-star review on anyone or anything because I give the person or product maker ample opportunity to make a bad experience right. Bear with me and read this review all the way to get as full of a picture as I can give about how Dr. Charles Hebenstreit with Memorial Herrmann Hospital System, his staff and contract partners handcuffed my wrists to my ankles, taking hundreds of dollars of my money and gave me nothing in return. In February 2022, at the referral from my psychiatrist made an appointment with Dr. Hebenstreit to be evaluated for sleep apnea. Between my initial appointment, picking up equipment for home sleep study and follow-up for the sleep apnea diagnosis, I paid $325, through Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance. I saw the doctor for a combined 20 minutes, spending more time in the waiting room than in an exam room. I was told briefly and without explanation about the CPAP shortage and that I would be waiting 2-3 months for a machine. I was told the DME company, Arrow Care/Adapt Health would contact me within about a week to give me more details. To make a long story short, over the course of three months, I contacted the DME Co. roughly 12 times and Dr. Herbstreit’s office at least 6 times for answers on when I could expect a call back from my service rep and got no answer and no call back. Finally on May 10th, 2022, I was told by Arrow Care/Adapt Health they did not accept my insurance. Once again, no one at Dr. Charles Herbstreit’s office could tell me why he accepted my insurance but worked with only one DME that did not accept the same insurance. I am now starting the whole process over with another doctor but there’s a good chance I will have to wait another 2-3 months for a CPAP machine since I’ll be at the back of the line. My name is David Spires and I now know why Dr. Charles Hebenstreit wears a mask… So he’s harder to identify when he robs you of your time and money and gives you nothing in return. In my opinion, unscrupulous, only begins to describe Dr. Charles Hebenstreit with Memorial Herrmann Hospital System "

"I have been seeing Dr Siddiqui for a number of years. I kept getting pneumonia and then they found a nodule in my Lung during a physical. My PCP referred me to Dr Siddiqui. He has been providing great care to me. I have asthma which I can’t hear. He’s put me on inhalers, sees me when I’m inpatient, and if he’s not available he’s gave me the name of one of his staff who can get a hold of him in an emergency. I find him to be caring and funny at times. The office runs fairly efficiently and rarely do I wait long. "
