"Dr. Chronister and his nurse, they both are wonderful. Both have been very understanding and eager to answer any questions I may need. The nurse(Dakota) promptly returns my calls whenever I leave him a message. Dr. Chronister also listened when I explained ALL my symptoms before starting treat me. He was my 3rd opinion for hip replacement surgery. He also determined I have Sciatica issues. He tried a few procedures trying to put surgery off if possible. For the office and staff I would like to give a 5, however the office scheduler she spends too much time having personal conversations while patient(myself) is in her office waiting to have procedures scheduled. When questions ay arise after leaving she does not take phone calls and relays through the receptionist. Receptionists I do feel confident that they do their very best. And have no issues or concerns with them. Punctuality is pretty good, only 1 time did I need to wait more than 15 minutes. "

"Dr. Lou was great in explaining my knee condition and the options available. Once I chose arthroscopy, the procedure went off without a hitch. My two consecutive follow-ups have been helpful, the doctor was prompt, and the office staff friendly. I did have a question/issue after surgery where I was worried and called the doctor. He was contacted by the answering service and within 30 minutes I had spoken to him and my worries addressed with respect and consideration. I highly recommend Dr. Lou and his staff. I hav no idea how much pain my torn meniscus was causing in addition to the knee area (calf, thigh, low back). I am very happy with the result!"
