"Office. Plus not locate my previous colonoscopy procedure. Argued with me that I never had it there. I ordered copies and had sent to them. They said they now had them, but when I called today to confirm next scheduling appt, they did not have the records. Nervous to trust the office with paperwork and records. Cannot get it straight. Had another recent episode with my husband’s procedure. Was told not to worry about a follow up, but then had to pay for one even when no problems are found? Why go? "

"My complaint is not about Dr. Barroso. My complaint is about his staff and the financial/bill department. The lady in the front desk is rude. When I asked her about the amount I was being charged with she answered in a very rude manner saying talk directly to the bill department. I don’t know anything about it and cut me off. Then I have been waiting for a whole month to see my bill posted. Why is taking so long? No answers. I emailed the financial department and they are like machines repeating the same statement: Look at the back side of your insurance card. There you’ll see the copay amounts. I am a well informed patient. I read my benefits and called that insurance to double-check. But my two main concerns haven’t been addressed: 1. Why the bill has not been posted, 2. Why Dr Barroso charged me with $60 instead of $40 which is the copay according to my insurance (if the doctor is in Maximum savings tier and the day of my appointment he was according to the AETNA app). So the customer, financial and bill services are very poor here. They should honor Dr Barroso’s name and efforts for taking care of his patients, however, they’re clearly going in a very opposite way. "
