"I went to see Dr. Farooq for a routine visit. I have never seen him before, so I was unsure if this was the right doctor for me. One of the things I look for is will he listen to me when we discuss my health care. Not only does he listen but he doesn't use terminology that I don't understand. I found him quite charming and was pleasently surprised at how diverse he is and his staff. Looks like I have found my doctor. "

He spends time to explain everything to you and then makes sure your understand and that you leave knowing everything you need to. The staff are friendly and also are knowledgeable. Dr. Deuell will be my doctor as long as my insurance doesn't take him off of my list of providers!"

"I have been a patient of Aspen Ingle for several years. She is the first physician I can remember seeing that actually listens and tries as hard as possible to find the right solution to your problem. She does not hesitate with expert advice to any medical issue I have encountered. She is so intelligent and seems to have the most thorough and up to date knowledge of all medical issues. She is very efficient and able to take notes, order prescriptions and pull up data on her laptop while totally hearing everything I say and understanding. I just cannot say enough nice things about Aspen and highly recommend her for a general practice physician."

"02 Today is June 2nd 2024 and I had my appointment on May 17th 2024 and I have been waiting for them to send a pre-authorization to my insurance for my kidney medicine I called them about five times and I finally reached someone and she claimed that she put in the request but she never did my insurance said they are still waiting on them to put in the request this is an ongoing problem with all of my medications that need prior authorization I would not recommend this doctor's office at this time. I previously left a very good review but I take it back now. I will not recommend this place at all because your health is not number one with them for some reason they don't take their job seriously enough to submit prior authorizations for patients who are waiting on medicine. And they never returned my calls. I am currently looking for a new pcp. I guess I should have listened to all of the reviews on Google before chosing this establishment."

"Very poor experience with this practice. In June of 2022, I came in for a routine appointment to request a prescription refill. I was in the waiting room for almost 40 minutes, so had requested a refund for my co-pay. I rescheduled for August with an even worse experience. I waited in the waiting room for almost 30 minutes, and was about to leave again, but was called back to the exam room. Waiting almost another 20 minutes, before walking out, again just for a prescription refill. I explained to the staff that I’d been there for nearly an hour and still had not seen the doctor. The nurse asked if I wanted to leave, and I said yes. Before leaving, I explained that I needed my medication, and they gave me a prescription to take to the pharmacy. Took it to the pharmacy, to get a call a few minutes afterwards from them saying that the doctor’s office needed some sort of certification/token which they didn’t have and were unable to refill. All in all, I was able to get a different pharmacy to fill the prescription, but a horrible experience."
