"I've met with Lindsey multiple times. She has shared some insightful information on fighting fair but that's about the extent of her toolbox. She was inattentive during our sessions stating that she had a lot on her plate as was overwhelmed. She would ask the same questions having forgotten what we talked about in previous sessions and would sometimes ask the same questions forgetting that she had already asked them in the same session. I shared this with her during a session and she became very defensive and responded coldly with, "you can switch therapists." When I pressed her for more information she wouldn't engage and hung up. I understand she is a person and has other things going on in her life but this is unacceptable behavior from someone in her field."

"From the very start Dr Baird was biased and just flat out rude. She placed undue blame on me having barely listened to what was going on. She often rolled her eyes and physically pointed in my face while being obnoxious about my situation. Being in a shaky place, she only made our situation worse. On top of that, twice while I was mid sentence she would answer her phone and walk out. You can’t make this stuff up!"

"Horrible beside manner. Hostile person who should NOT be working with veterans. Did not let me speak and talks over you. Has no business being in behavioral health."
