"I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rivera-Padilla for about 18 months but cannot continue. The doctor provides good care, however, the office staff can sometimes be less courteous. The scheduling for the Doc is via Wellmed answering service, which can really use some help. I would describe them as uncaring. They’ve scheduled me a couple times which resulted in a call back because the time wasn’t available. If you need to reschedule, it could be the next season before you’re seen. Interactions with the doc need to be complete, as follow up questions can take several days to get answered, and communication back and forth can be a challenge. To be fair, I’ve noticed this with several medical practices. The biggest issue here is the inability to get an appointment - almost 2 months out most of the time. Her practice is very busy and I feel this compromises care. I’ve left this office more than once thinking I had questions unanswered."
