"Went to my consultation early June and Dr. could not fully consult without an MRI (billed my insurance $210). They dismissed me, and office personnel said they would call me within a week with my MRI appt. Never received a call, my insurance sent notice of MRI request denial. I called Kimmy, and she said doctor would have to do a peer to peer with my insurance to try and get the MRI approved. I told her if it wasn't approved, I would still like to proceed with the MRI and "pay out of pocket". I would have to call her for status and she was not good at returning calls. We are in August (two months later) still no call. Wasted time, now I am changing doctors, I have to start the whole process again, and probably pay another consultation visit. Not a good experience with this office."

"If this Dr. had better staff members the office she would be highly recommended, but instead for the few it affects the entire staff. My wife had to have bunion surgery and it has been over a month to get them to schedule it and still they have not communicated back with her!!!! The insurance even said they didn't know what is taking them so long it would only take 5 minutes to approve it, but the person who was to do the scheduling never answers and her mail box is always full. Too bad this Dr. has just lost business because I am taking her to another Podiatrist. I wish they would fire that surgery scheduler because she is hurting this doctors reputation. She never calls back and it has been over a month to schedule the surgery. IF DOCTOR ROSADO ACUTUALLY READS THESE REVIEWS SHE NEEDS TO CORRECT THIS STAFFS BAD PROFESSIOANLISM. Staff not communicating with her patients and not returning calls for updates is poor business practice. "
