"Dr. Frausto is a very straight-forward, no B.S. doctor that has absolutely no problem saying things the way they need to be said in the interest of your child’s health. She is very thorough and proactive at identifying possible issues that your child may face. She recommended specialists, therapy, and tried to find ways to make my life easy so that my son could have the support that he needs. I once had to call her outside of business hours and she called me back within the hour. She is patient with my oldest son who has anxiety going to the doctor due to a horrible experience with a past doctor. Both of my sons are comfortable in her office and I have piece of mind as I can tell she is very knowledgeable in her field. Her office staff is AMAZING. They take the time to connect with you and remember you when you show up to the following appointments. I have ZERO complaints about this doctor and her staff. I feel that some people just don’t have the stomach to be told information without being coddled. My son now has the resources he needs because she was so on top of it and quick to communicate. I am grateful."
