"My original doctor was closing her practice and I scheduled this doctor's appointment 2 months in advanced and even requested my records be sent to her. I never received a call or email confirming my appointment or notifying me that it was cancelled. I called the office 1 hour before on the day of my appointment to confirm. The person that answered the phone stated that there was no doctor available, after she confirmed my name, phone number and appointment time. She stated that somebody had called me to notify me of the cancellation. Why would I call to confirm my appointment if somebody had notified me it was cancelled? I asked her "So why was my appointment scheduled for a day that there is no doctor available? " All this person could say was "I don't know ma'am". She couldn't even tell me if and when my appointment was rescheduled for! Wow...what a HORRIBLE first impression with a new client/patient/customer!!!"
